Chief Operating Officer
OREM, UT, November 14, 2020—iMpact Utah, a non-profit training organization serving Utah manufacturers and businesses, today announced Chris Hayes has joined as Chief Operating Officer. Chris joins iMpact Utah’s executive team with proven knowledge and experience in strategy, leadership, and operations, which she will apply to better serve iMpact Utah clients.
Chris brings thirty years of experience helping organizations “improve the way they improve”. She has built her career around the belief that good leaders plan for the right culture and translates this same belief into successful results for clients. As CEO of a global consulting organization, Chris has partnered with organizations from Fortune 100 to two-man shops. Chris has served on various boards, including ASQ’s, the world’s largest and most well-known professional quality association. Chris holds an MBA and a BSBA in Business and Project Management in addition to numerous certifications in areas of quality, project management, and Lean Six Sigma.
The position of COO is a new role for the company, indicative of its growth and ongoing dedication to the Utah manufacturing and rural business communities. iMpact Utah required a COO that was passionate about strategy, planning, and execution, for both their clients and their team. “Chris Hayes is an ideal fit, with not only the knowledge and the experience to fulfill the role, but the passion as well,” said Win Jeanfreau, CEO, iMpact Utah. “Chris will have the unique ability to really understand our clients, allowing her to leverage our team’s experience to help them gain positive results.”
